In this work phase, we study the trends and signals that affect the innovation’s operating environment. Identifying competitive forces and strategic planning is a prerequisite for success in a competitive environment. Analyse the operating environment and the company itself and consider future opportunities and threats. At this stage, the innovation is developed based on competitive strategy analysis and on the group’s own views of the future. Various foresight methods and scenarios are also used in the work phase to support strategy development.
