The target group study enables the company to get information on consumer and business customers and their preferences. The target group study provides timely information about a large number of relevant target groups.
In this work phase, surveys are carried out to provide information on the needs of consumers or business customers, purchasing behaviour, requirements, and other issues. Based on these, reporting and action recommendations are made to enable the company to develop its innovation.
This work phase and tools are implemented by student groups together with the help of their supervisor
