During this work phase, various digital service solutions are innovated. The development of a digital service solutions depends on the type of innovation. If the current service of the service is not in digital form, the development orientations can be directed into digitizing the service or utilizing digital support services. If innovation is digital, the focus is on the digital expansion of the innovation.
This work phase and tools are implemented by student groups together with the help of their supervisor
